Chad Kapadia

Chad Kapadia is Chief Technology and Product Officer at Interior Logic Group (ILG), a Blackstone Company. In his role, Mr. Kapadia heads Product and Engineering. Mr. Kapadia brings over 25 years of technology experience to ILG in his role as CTPO where he is leading the company’s digital transformation.
Prior to ILG, Mr. Kapadia was EVP and CTO at Regis Corporation. During his time, he conceived, built and launched Regis’s Opensalon Demand Generation Platform. He also led the building of Regis’ Store Management Platform, Opensalon PRO, which powers Regis Brand Salons. Mr. Kapadia also migrated all of Regis’s legacy applications to the public and private cloud.
Before Regis, Mr. Kapadia served as Head of Engineering at Target Corporation’s New Ventures and Accelerators. Before Target Corporation, he served in technology positions of increasing responsibility including CTO and Product Head at Swissclear Global, Inc. and as an Engineering Leader and founding member of Netflix, Inc.’s streaming team.
Mr. Kapadia holds a B.S. from California State University, East Bay.
