Craig is a global IT transformation leader with a consistent record of designing and fully executing strategies that cost effectively optimize enablement, innovation, and revenue growth. He was recently inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame and has received additional honors and awards throughout his 25-year CIO career. Of tremendous value is Craig’s ability to maintain a fresh industry perspective through his current advisory and board relationships in academia and corporate worlds, along with his Adjunct Professor role at Northeastern University.
In his current position as SVP & Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Omnicom Group, Craig is responsible for leading and executing the global IT strategy and delivering the resulting IT transformation, designed to enhance shareholder value, manage enterprise risk, and deliver innovative services to clients. Previously, he served as Global Chief Information Officer at Cushman & Wakefield.
Craig is active in his outside professional affiliations, including the Dean’s Advisory Board at the College of Information Sciences and Technology, The Pennsylvania State University; Technology Advisory Council, Greylock Partners; and with several local non-profit organizations. He currently teaches graduate students in Technology Strategy and Leadership at Northeastern University, taught similar programs at Columbia University, and serves as a Trustee to the New Jersey Chapter of the Society for Information Management.
Craig received his Ph.D., Masters, and Bachelor of Science degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rutgers Business School. He lives in Randolph, New Jersey with his wife and three daughters and enjoys fly-fishing in his spare time.
