André Meillassoux

André Meillassoux is a highly specialized French attorney with expertise in information technology, data protection, and intellectual property. Proficient in French, English, German, and Russian, he manages both transactions and disputes in the fields of IT, data, and IP. Presently, he holds the position of Partner at ATM Avocats-Associes, a niche law firm specializing in technology information, intellectual property, and data law. 

Meillassoux collaborates with clients from France and around the world, providing legal counsel on various aspects of IT, including investments, software project implementation, internet issues, databases, data protection, and technology transfers.

His outstanding contributions to the legal field have earned him recognition as a highly recommended professional by Legal Who’s Who and acknowledged for his strong reputation by Decideurs Juridiques et Financiers.

With a history of leadership in professional associations, André Meillassoux previously served as the President of the French Computer & Telecom Law Association (AFDIT) and represented France as a Local Representative in the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw).
