David Moradi

David Moradi is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and advisor to several market-leading technology companies. Currently, he serves as the CEO and Member of the Board of Directors at AudioEye, Inc., providing strategic leadership. Additionally, Moradi is the Founder and CEO of Sero Capital, LLC, a private investment firm focused on growth opportunities in the technology sector. He also holds the position of Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at First Contact Entertainment Inc., a leading virtual reality (VR) video game development studio.

Before assuming his current role at AudioEye, Moradi spent a decade as the Founder and CEO of Anthion Management, a technology-focused fund that expanded to $1 billion in assets. In 2013, Anthion underwent a transformation into a family office, investing in various asset classes, including early-stage technology companies, corporate debt, real estate, and public equities.

Prior to founding Anthion, Moradi served as a Portfolio Manager at Pequot Capital Management and worked as an analyst and Portfolio Manager for Soros Fund Management. His career began in 2000 as a special situations analyst for Imperial Capital LLC.

Moradi holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, he is the Chairman of the David Moradi Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting education and veterans.
