Diane Levin
Diane Levin is the former Chief Information Officer of McCormick. At McCormick she led the global IT organization and drove transformative initiatives to create value across business functions and segments. With over twenty-five years of broad functional business experience in consumer goods, medical devices, and technology industries, Diane’s expertise is extensive. Her previous roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Vice President of IT Global Customer Development and CIO Consumer EMEA, provided her with significant leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of IT’s role in the consumer goods sector.
During her time with McCormick, Diane’s focus was not only on ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient technology solutions but also on leveraging technology for competitive advantage and innovation. Her commitment to fostering inclusive work environments was evident in her active participation in broader corporate initiatives as a member of the McCormick Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.
An additional testament to Diane’s advocacy for gender diversity and inclusion in the consumer goods industry is her sitting on the Advisory Board from 2015 to 2019 for the Leading Executives Advancing Diversity (LEAD). She currently serves on the Board of Directors of LifeBridge Health, demonstrating her continued commitment to community and health services. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Washington University.
