Dino Shiatis

Constantinos Shiatis joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 2006. Since 2017, he has been a Senior Banker, in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology team. An MBA-educated multilingual international development banker, he focuses on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology sector as well as emerging markets. Dino is adept at leading complete project lifecycle from origination through to execution and exit. He’s also skilled at managing internal and external clients and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on complex impact-related challenges. A dedicated mentor of team talent, he’s well known for long-term focus and collegiality. In addition to leading debt and equity investments, Dino has played a key role in formulating and implementing EBRD’s digital strategy. He has also worked closely with the EU ensuring that EBRD became an implementing partner for deploying EU development funding in the telecommunications and technology sector both within and outside the EU member states. Dino has an law degree from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
