Graham O’Sullivan

Graham O’Sullivan is the former Group Chief Information Officer at OneFamily, a financial services firm that manages £8 billion in customer assets and offers savings, investments, protection, and pensions. OneFamily is a purpose-led mutual and is ranked as the UK’s third-largest financial services cooperative.

During his five-year tenure at OneFamily, Graham demonstrated exceptional leadership as he oversaw a significant multi-year modernization program, successfully launched a new self-service ecosystem for customers, and implemented a new back-office platform as well as a digital-first contact center, incorporating capabilities such as artificial intelligence. Prior to his role at OneFamily, Graham held senior positions at NatWest Group, Rabobank, and Citigroup, further showcasing his ability to lead and drive change.

With three decades of corporate experience, Graham has excelled in various technology, regulatory change, data and analytics, and business transformation roles. His expertise extends to technology innovation, where he remains well-versed in developments at a detailed level, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Graham’s commitment to community service is truly inspiring. He actively contributes to the community as a member of the Board of Trustees at CAFOD, an international NGO addressing global poverty and providing disaster relief in over 40 countries, with an annual budget exceeding £50 million. He also serves on the charity’s Finance, Legal, Audit, and Risk Committee, demonstrating his dedication to making a positive impact beyond the corporate world. Graham holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Microelectronics from University College Cork.
