John Finley

John Finley is Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of AIS Healthcare. AIS is a national healthcare company based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Finley provides leadership, oversight and direction in the areas of IT security, compliance, legal affairs, government affairs, affiliated organizations and risk management.

For 20 years, Mr. Finley has held the Chief Legal, IT Security, Compliance and Audit roles academic at medical centers, integrated hospital systems, private equity backed pharma and Fortune 500 health care companies. He has also served in key legal and policy-making positions at the White House and the FDA. Mr. Finley has led complex programs across national and international jurisdictions. He brings significant experience and accomplishments in corporate compliance, IT security, enterprise-risk management, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, health care operations, clinical research, government investigations and material litigation.

Mr. Finley serves as an Advisory Board Member for the University of Tulsa Henry Kendall College and a Board Member representing Foremankind.org.

Mr. Finley holds a B.S. from the University of Tulsa and a law degree and M.S. from the University of Oklahoma and Oxford University. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three daughters.
