JR Reagan

Dr. JR Reagan serves as the CEO of IdeaXplorer Global and formerly held the position of Vice Dean at the Endicott College of International Studies at Woosong University in Daejeon, South Korea. He also holds advisory roles and is an executive fellow at Woxen University while serving as adjunct faculty at Northeastern University. With a career spanning over 25 years in Management Consulting across more than 20 countries, he brings extensive real-world global business experience to academia. Notably, Dr. Reagan previously held the role of Global CISO for Deloitte and taught for a decade at the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University. His research interests encompass Industry 4.0, Innovation, Big Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.
Dr. Reagan holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Shenandoah University, an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, and a B.A. in Sociology from The University of the State of New York.
