Kevin Field

Kevin Field currently holds the position of VP of IT/CIO and Business Operations at Fairco. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his roles, encompassing various aspects of business and technology:
Mr. Field is a board member and operations and technology officer, with a successful track record of fostering growth, streamlining operations, enhancing the customer experience, and reducing costs. His leadership has been instrumental in driving digital transformations and strategic change initiatives. He has co-led 35 mergers and acquisitions (M&As), modernized and consolidated technology infrastructure, and improved data assets.
With a diverse perspective gained from working in corporate, consulting, and private equity-owned companies, Mr. Field has encountered a wide range of revenue scenarios, from startups to companies with revenue as high as $50 billion.
In addition to his professional roles, Kevin Field is recognized as a thought leader. He serves as a mentor in the Columbia University Executive Master’s Program, offers his expertise on various company and industry boards, mentors startups, influences the direction of mentorship, and evaluates innovation and transformation strategies as a judge. He has also shared his successful approach to cultivating a high-performance culture at conferences for Chief Human Resources Officers (CHRO) and Chief Information Officers (CIO).
