Moreover, he excels in building IT operations founded on service excellence, employing best practice frameworks to provide highly responsive, high-quality, and cost-effective IT services to Fortune 500 and global multinational organizations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Additionally, Luc LaFontan is recognized for his prowess in building project management capability by leveraging best practices and principles such as Agile, Scrum, PMP, and Prince2.
