Michael Saffitz

Michael Saffitz, Magnify’s VP of Engineering, leads the engineering and applied science teams, leveraging a proven track record in scaling engineering organizations. Formerly the Head of Engineering at Stripe for Reporting and Analytics, he co-founded Apptentive, a Seattle-based startup later acquired by KKR-backed Alchemer. At Apptentive, Saffitz served as CTO, building and leading a diverse Product Engineering team that contributed to over 1 billion SDK installations. Prior to this, he was a Program Manager at Microsoft, overseeing the Windows Phone developer experience. Saffitz holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Mathematical Economics from Pomona College, and an M.B.A. with Honors from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He presently serves as an advisor and board member for Apptentive.
