Pascal Lauffer

Pascal Lauffer is the CEO of Onbrane.
Lauffer is a business transformation manager with over 20 years of experience in fast changing environments. He has served as CEO, COO, CIO, and CTO at global organizations with over 1000 employees, and has led numerous strategic programs that rationalized and improved organizational competitiveness.
Prior to Onbrane, Lauffer was a Partner at Capco, where he helped CIOs to align and contribute to their company’s business strategy, continuously improve their organization’s agility and take the lead in introducing value creating innovations.
Previously, he was president of Astrance Capital, a private equity fund, and chairman of Descamps, a leading French home textile company. Prior to founding Astrance, Lauffer was acting global Chief Operating Officer of Newedge and led the post-merger integration of Fimat and Calyon Financial. Lauffer joined Fimat Americas in 2004 to manage the acquisition of Preferred Trade Inc.
Preceding Fimat, Lauffer held several global chief information officer positions at Société Générale, supporting businesses such as capital markets, commercial banking and commodities. He led large-scale reengineering programs resulting in deep transformations of businesses and in significant efficiency gains.
Lauffer holds an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School and an M.S. in computer science and mathematics from Nancy University.
