Richard Tsiang

Richard Tsiang is based in Hong Kong and currently an Executive Director of The Hong Kong Jockey Club and focuses on major strategic projects in both Hong Kong and the PRC. He is part of the team that is undergoing a major digital transformation with particular emphasis on customer centricity. In the past Richard has also been CFO and Head of Strategy, Yahoo! Asia and the Chief Development Officer for Melco Resorts.

Richard holds a MS in Risk Management from NYU Stern as well as a MS in Technology Management from Columbia University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
