Sanjeeb Chaudhuri

Sanjeeb Chaudhuri is the Founder and CEO of FasTrack Growth, as well as the Chairman of IDFC First Bank. With over four decades of senior multinational business experience, he has a deep understanding of consumer and commercial markets across India, the rest of Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe. He played a crucial role in Citibank’s credit cards business expansion in multiple regions. Mr. Chaudhuri has held key positions at major financial institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, where he led digital transformation and marketing innovation, generating substantial efficiencies. He also drove significant technology investments in analytics, decision management, big data, and cloud computing. He actively supports sustainability goals and has served as an Independent Director on the boards of various companies. Sanjeeb Chaudhuri’s academic engagements include visiting faculty positions at prestigious institutions such as Wharton School of Business and Judge Business School, Cambridge. He holds an MBA in Marketing and is recognized as a leading speaker at global marketing and media events. In 2016, he was listed among the Top 25 Media Visionaries in Asia Pacific.
