Tami Hudson

Tami Hudson is EVP & Cybersecurity Client Officer at Wells Fargo.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Ms. Hudson was a recognized cybersecurity leader and CISO for Randstad, the largest global HR service provider. There, she was responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the risk-based cybersecurity strategy. Additionally, as a member of the Global Incident Response Team and Global Security Strategic Team, she was responsible for driving key response and recovery decisions, and establishing strategic and tactical cybersecurity priorities across the company’s 39 operating countries, and $24 billion recruiting and staffing services. Integrating the pillars of people, process and technology, Ms. Hudson set the cyber agenda and aligned with internal and external stakeholders to design risk-based solutions that protect assets, align with the business, and enable growth.
With a career surpassing 20 years and a depth of experience across each of the cybersecurity domains, Ms. Hudson has designed and led the successful implementation of corporate wide cyber solutions within the areas of Identity & Access Management, Threat & Vulnerability, Incident & Breach Response, Risk & Compliance, and Security Architect & Design. Prior to joining Randstad, she had a breadth of experience in Big 4 Consulting (Deloitte & EY) where she held multiple leadership positions including Chief of Staff, and was recognized for developing solutions that aligned IT, cyber risk strategy, and investments with the strategic business priorities in order to strengthen the security posture and overall organization.   
A purpose driven leader, Ms. Hudson has received numerous awards and recognitions, and has provided guidance on global security breaches, the post breach process, and building inaugural risk-based security programs. In her spare time, she volunteers in underprivileged communities through reading development, and computer skill programs. She is incredibly passionate about mentoring women in technology, and dedicating time to motivate girls (including her own tech savvy daughters) on the importance of STEAM programs.
Ms. Hudson holds a B.S. from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
